Fat-based confectionery fillers are a ready-to-use product. It cannot be heat treated. They have an elastic soft structure, perfectly hold their shape and retain moisture. They showed themselves very well both in the craft confectionary and at large productions. The fillers are resistant to mechanical impact and are ideal for use in automatic lines.

Application: Fillers are widely used for filling, spreading, gluing cookies and other confectionery products after baking, for preparing creams, layers.

Storage conditions for fillers: at t from 0 ° to 18 ° С – no more than 6 months, at t not higher than minus 18 ° С – no more than 12 months in a dry room without extraneous odors and exposure to direct sunlight.

Packaging: carton box with PET film, 10 kg; plastic bucket 23 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg.
