Confectionery glazes

Confectionery glaze TM Filler is perfectly used for casting decor, forming tiles and shaped products. Our glazes are mixed with creams, mousses, fillings, giving them the aroma, taste and color of chocolate.

It is easy to prepare chocolate ganache based on glaze – indispensable for decorating many desserts. By adjusting the ratio of cream to glaze, you can make the decoration as thin as a spider’s web, or apply a thick layer of ganache on the cake.

Today’s popular gourmet glaze based on dark glaze with the addition of vegetable oil and roasted nuts is used to glaze cakes, cake pops, cookies, candies, muffins and cupcakes, cakes.

Mirror glaze – a spectacular glossy coating of modern cakes and pastries is prepared on the basis of confectionery glaze with the addition of glucose syrup, water, gelatin and other ingredients.
