Gel confectionery fillers are transparent, leggy. They have proven themselves well when used in the summer due to their moist shine and fruity flavors. They have pleasant aromas and bright colors. These are heat-stable fillers; they can go through the baking process together with the product. When heated to a temperature of 180 ° C, it does not boil, does not spread, and remains stable. Does not lose its gloss, aroma and taste. Confectionery fillings are resistant to mechanical impact and are ideal for use in automatic lines.

Application: Gel fillers are used in the production of a wide range of confectionery products for gluing, filling, layering – cakes, cupcakes, muffins, croissants, cookies, gingerbread. They are combined with any type of dough – puff pastry, shortbread, butter, biscuit, etc. They are well suited for use in the decoration of desserts – they keep their shape and do not spread.

Storage conditions for fillers: at t from 0 ° to 18 ° С – no more than 6 months, at t not higher than minus 18 ° С – no more than 12 months in a dry room without extraneous odors and exposure to direct sunlight.
