Heat-resistant drop 901-P is indispensable for preparing cookies “Americaner”, “Panetone”, other sweet pastries and for decoration. Thanks to their thermostable properties, they retain the shape of drops on the surface and inside the products after baking. Does not spread, does not color the product.
Drop 905-R has the color of milk chocolate. It has less pronounced thermostable properties compared to drop 901-R. But it showed itself well in many productions and earned popularity due to the excellent price-quality ratio. It is used for baking muffins, cupcakes, cookies, rolls, and also as a decoration.
