Glazes for ice cream production

Glazes for ice cream have a pronounced taste and aroma of natural chocolate. Endowed with low viscosity, elastic structure, fast hardening and, most importantly, fast melting in the mouth. An individual approach allows us to work with the largest producers of ice cream in Ukraine.

Glazes are designed to cover various types of ice cream by dipping, pouring, sprinkling. Coconut oil is used in combination with other fats, sugar, cocoa products, dry dairy products and other raw materials for the production of ice cream glaze. The melting temperature of the glaze is 25-27 C. 

We produce:

  • Chocolate barrier glazes – dark and light, designed to create a barrier between the cup or cone and the ice cream itself.
  • Soft glazes – for whipping. They create a soft porous coating, such as “Lakomka”.
  • Chocolate NOT crispy glaze – dark, with the taste of bitter chocolate. Creates a dense coating that does not crack.
  • Chocolate crispy glazes – dark, milk, white.
  • Caramel glazes – different colors, flavors and aromas.

Packaging: corrugated box with PET film 10 kg.
Storage conditions for fillers: at t from 0 ° to 18 ° С – at least 12 months in a dry room without extraneous odors and exposure to direct sunlight.

Confectionery masses and pastes meet the requirements of DSTU ISO 22000: 2019 food safety management system.
