Poppy filling

The most popular confectionery filling, the taste familiar from childhood, the favorite pastry of our grandmothers and mothers. We produce about 10 recipes of quality fillings from selected French blue poppy. We pride ourselves on our perfect Poppy Premium filling recipe, which has a high content of poppy seeds. The fillings are ready to use, easy and convenient to use, juicy and very tasty. Poppy fillers are absolutely heat stable. They behave perfectly when heated to 180 ° C, frozen and defrosted without losing their aroma and taste.

Application: Rolls, strudels, favorite products from butter dough, open and closed pies, small products from puff and short dough, layers in cakes and pastries. Poppy fillings are perfectly combined with other TM “Filler” fillers: walnut, cherry, apple and others.

Storage conditions for fillers: at t from 0 ° to 18 ° С – no more than 6 months, at t not higher than minus 18 ° С – no more than 12 months in a dry room without extraneous odors and exposure to direct sunlight.

Packaging: carton box with PET film, 10 kg; plastic bucket 23 kg, 10kg, 5 kg.
